To show just how much free time I have, and to prove how much I love and obsess over the Katamari games, I've started building my own Katamari.
And I have pictures to prove it!
i3.photobucket.com/albums/y...items.jpg That's with 250 Items.
At some point I plan to build more on it. :P
Anyone else try anything like this???

Re: Build your own Katamari
Wed, November 28, 2007 - 6:44 AMThe center of it is a wiffle-ball, hotglued onto a blue cup (which is the stand) There are tiny items near the center and the items get bigger (with tiny items mixed in) as it gets better. :) I dont have a catalog of everything I put into it, I intended to, and started to, but was burning myself with the hot glue gun when I was picking it up and setting it down so much. >.<! So I just stuck to counting HOW many items are on it. -

Wed, November 28, 2007 - 3:13 PMhot glue is a treat to use.......I've gotten many a blister from different projects while using it! Guess the way to catalog the fun things
that make up your Katamari would be to have either a helper write as you glue or write everything down then glue like crazy!
hmmmmmmmm I gonna hit up the Goodwill, and the dollar stores and start collecting interesting goodies to make one.
OOooooo It might be fun to make mini Katamaris and decorate the holiday tree with them!! hahahaha !! -
