I try my hardest, I really do. But I hardly ever hear a kind word or get any warm encouragement from my papasan. No pats on the back or "attaboys" or trips to the ballpark. I never meant to cause him shame; in fact, he's always been my hero! Can he not feel the cosmos? Does his drinking dull his senses? Why must I correct HIS mistakes, anyway?
